  • What is Cycle Club App?

    Cycle Club App is an effective software based solution dedicated to cycling club organization and management. Our goal is to produce better communication, safety, and organization for cycling clubs.

  • I was invited to join a club on Cycle Club App. What do I do now?

    The best thing to do is head over to our getting started page and following the onboarding instructions there.

  • I signed up, but can't access my club. Now what?

    Bummer. This can happen if the email you used to sign up for Cycle Club App differs from the email address that the club uses to identify you.


    When you see the warning message saying that you cannot access the club click the contact the club admin button. This will send an email to the club admin who can then review your club membership and provide you access to the club.


    It is up the club admins, not Cycle Club App, to control club access.

  • I manage a cycling club, can I use Cycle Club App for my club?

    Cycle Club App allows you to manage your club events and announcements all in one place. Cycle Club App is free for up to 10 members, so feel free to create a club and try it out before upgrading to the full version. If you like what we are offering and would like to add more than ten members, you can create a subscription on the billing page of the web version.

  • Can I create a club for free?

    Yes. Clubs up to ten members are free and subscriptions are available for larger clubs. Annual subscriptions start as low as $62.50 and pricing is available on the billing page of the website.

  • How do I make a club larger than 10 members?

    For larger clubs, you will need to purchase a club subscription on Cycle Club App. Subscriptions are managed on the billing page of the web version. Pricing is based on the size of your club. Once you have an active subscription you can head over to the manage club page to add members or upload a CSV members list.

  • How am I charged if I upgrade?

    Cycle Club App subscriptions are billed annually, and are priced based on the size of a club. Payment is collected upon subscription creation. If you decide to upgrade your plan, you will be charged the difference in plans prorated to the remainder of months in the annual billing cycle.

  • Does my subscription renew automatically?

    By default, subscriptions are set to auto renew annually, on the same day. This renewal can be toggled on or off during subscription creation or at any time later via the billing page on the web version.

  • How do I change my password?

    You can change your password or user information at any time via the app or the web version. On either version, login and head to the profile page. From here you can update your password and other data. If you have any questions, feel free to email us at support@cycleclubapp.com

  • I created a club. Now what?

    Once you have created a club, the next step is to add some members. Once you are logged in, head over to the manage club page. From here, you can invite other club members to access your club on Cycle Club App. If you want to upload more than 10 members, you will need to upgrade your club and purchase a subscription from the billing page.

  • Can I unsubscribe from the emails?

    Yes. At the bottom of all emails is a link to unsubscribe. If you would like to resubscribe at a later date, please contact us at support@cycleclubapp.com

  • How do I invite other members?

    Once you have created a club, you can add members to that club. Login and head over to the manage club page to add some other club members. Any club member you add to the table will be sent an invite email.

  • My family uses the same email address for multiple people. How can I register multiple users?

    Each member does need to have a unique email address. The reason for this is we use the email address to associate the user with the club members list.


    If you don’t have a second email address, one option is to use a variation of your email address. 


    If you happen to use Gmail, it allows you to create variations of your email.


    With a Gmail address, you can add "+" and some text to your email address. Messages will go to your original email address. However because the emails are now different, you can sign up different accounts on Cycle Club App.


    For example, suppose you have the email address mikesmith@gmail.com, and you share it with your spouse. If your spouse wants their own Cycle Club App account, they can use mikesmith+jill@gmail.com or mikesmith+jack@gmail.com. In this example, “jill” can be replaced with any text; just make sure to put it between the + and the @. Mail to any of these variations will go to mikesmith@gmail.com.

  • What CCN Report should I import?

    Although many report formats are supported, we find that the ‘Complete Registration w/ Membership Info for Example Club’ csv report works well. If the system won’t let you upload the file, see the next question answer below.

  • MY CSV file won’t upload, what should I do?

    There are a few things you can try. For example, sometimes the file format is incorrect. The file must be a normal CSV and cannot be a numbers or excel file.


    Another thing to try is saving your CSV to a new file, and uploading that file instead.

  • Can I limit the group size of an event?

    The app allows you to set a limit on the number of participants of any event. That way once it's posted, who ever signs up first gets one of the limited spots. 

  • Can I associate a health check with an event?

    We have made some recent improvements to our health check process in the app.


    When you create or edit an event, you can enable the “Require Health Check” in the event options. If this is enabled, any attendees will need to have a health check completed within 24 hours of the event. If an attendee has not completed the health check they cannot be marked as ‘checkedIn’ on the event attendance. The attendee is notified and prompted in the app that they need to complete a health check for any upcoming events. A completed health check is valid for 24 hours, which means people don’t have to do multiple health checks they attend multiple events on the same day.


The costing is approximately $2.25 per member, per year and charged annually. For example, a club of 100 members is $225 , and a club of 25 members is $62.50 for the year. You can see the breakdown of the pricing on the billing page of the web version.
